Thanks to donors funds ‘supports, as well as macroeconomic political structures careful implemented, Rwanda made consistent growth in reconstructing its economy after 1994 genocide. Globally the financial sector and banks particularly recorded growth these recent years. Banks are growing their agencies network within the country and are investing on innovative products and technologies in order to increase their services convenience and efficiency. Competition is tied between these banks which hardy work, each developing new promotional strategies to increase their client portfolio.

Cartography of banks present in Rwanda

It is within this background that Target Sarl conducted a desk research associated with mystery shopping (mystery clients on banks to get information) in order to present bank offers (fees, articles, opening conditions for physical and moral persons) of all commercial banks present within the country. One also finds entire financial conditions, as well as all documents to be provided to open and keep an account (physical and moral person). A comparative analysis was done on this study to allow client (physical and moral) identify the ideal bank according to their financial capacity.
