It is to bring answers to all these questions that the research agency, opinion, survey and marketing consulting, called Target Sarl presents this publication dedicated to government, organization and non-governmental organizations, donators, supporting Democratic republic of Congo as well as researchers. This tool will surely help ones and others get what should done in priority to really respond to Congolese population expectations.
