Conference for good economic practicing at TV, by Canal France International (CFI)

TARGET has been invited by CFI to attend the conference for good practicing of economic organized from 5 to 6 July 2012 at Grand Hôtel of Kinshasa gathering TV Channels, communication agencies and Regulatory Authorities (Ministry of Communication, CSAC). It seemed critical for organizers of that conference, to have through TARGET, analysis of Audience Ratings Agencies regarding Congolese media world such as during some of CFI workshops organized at Goma and Lubumbashi in the framework of Programme Inter Bailleurs Medias pour la Démocratie et la Transparence en RDC (Inter-Donors Media Programme for Democracy and Transparency in DR Congo).
This conference was characterized by speeches in plenary sessions and works in sub-groups (TV Channels, Communication and Regulatory Agencies). The Managing Director of TARGET Serge MUMBU had a very good attendance within communication Sub-group (TV Channels) wherein the recommendation to recourse to Surveys for any decision concerning price setting of time slot and development of media plan.
