INTRODUCTION NOTE
Banking sector in DR Congo is currently under broad development process considering number of banks that are presently operating in the national territory (about twenty).
Lubumbashi being one of the important cities in the country, thus interests Target since it is economically dynamic (a great number of companies, especially operating in mining sectors are established there).
This research therefore aims at assessing the rate of bank accounts’ possession at Lubumbashi, determining types of accounts held as well as the use of mobile banking.
