Sarah NGONGO. When she joined Target in 2012, Sarah start as surveyor in quantitative studies at Kinshasa, Bas – Congo as well as Bandundu. Thereafter she is going to supervise field teams and recruit candidates for focus groups. In 2014, Target will have to challenge Sarah again. Considering her academic cursus, she will be appointed as Administrative Assistant. In less than one year, she developed a strong control of administrative wheels. Dutiful and efficient, she strongly provided help for revitalizing Target relationships with its different partners in 2015. The company is expecting more from her in 2016.
Zéphyrin NAKATALA. Target Focal point and Field Manager at Kongo Central, Zéphyrin made his first steps with Target in 2011. Between 2011 and 2014, he is going to participate in several studies and especially in those related to mobile telephony or beer tasting. In 2015, Zéphyrin reached a new level. He brought his field management experience within Target in the neighbor province of Bandundu, within the framework of a study related to community radios and was able to carry out “Mystery Shopping” studies in Matadi city by himself without any backup staff from Kinshasa registered office agency. Giving briefing at distance, it came out that he conducted these studies in a very professional way. He is worth a true value for the agency.
Ben MOUKOKO. Brazzaville focal point and Congo Field Manager, Ben is proactive, meticulous, dynamic and very efficient. He is in the habit of producing a quality work. In 2015, he recruited and trained bilingual surveyors (French and English) for a study on evaluation of African games in 2015. He conducted alone the project, our client coming from Europe, briefed him and Ben took the responsibility of training teams right there at Brazzaville and carry out study without any backup staff from Kinshasa. A genuine sense of responsibility
Armand LOKOLO. Field Manager at Kinshasa, Armand is proactive and dutiful. He is always very well quoted in any of his provided services. He conducted with a high level of professionalism, study related to census of sales’ scores at Kinshasa for two months. Armand joined Target consultants’ team in July 2013 as recruiter of participants to tasting activities and focus groups. In April 2014, he supervised FinScope Study researches related to financial inclusion. His results will be so positive that two months later, the agency will entrust him with Field Manager tasks that he is going to carefully perform in an appreciated way during 2015.
Jossard KATUNDA. Supervisor at Target, Jossard is fussy about his job. His usual tasks are around supervision of surveyors, note taking during qualitative studies and he also works as computing scientist assistant. In 2015, he was able to take the challenge of data processing for two studies, one related to mobile telephony and the other dealing with chicken market at Kinshasa.
Elinord BUKAKA. Surveyor since 2013, Elinord achieved one of the best seasons within the Agency in 2015. Efficient and very dynamic, he brilliantly provided his services in each project within which he participated (Satisfaction, Media, census of sales’ points, Market of chickens at Kinshasa…)
