The strength of a company that succeeds especially relies on its human resources’ quality as well as effectiveness. Target wonderful activity during 2015 has been made possible by serious, competent and dutiful men and women that did the best they could to reach the organization objectives. Target selected its best collaborators in 2015. Those who were outstanding amongst others, is happy to present them to you

Between 2011 and 2014, he is going to participate in several studies and especially in those related to mobile telephony or beer tasting. In 2015, Zéphyrin reached a new level. He brought his field management experience within Target in the neighbor province of Bandundu, within the framework of a study related to community radios and was able to carry out “Mystery Shopping” studies in Matadi city by himself without any backup staff from Kinshasa registered office agency. Giving briefing at distance, it came out that he conducted these studies in a very professional way. He is worth a true value for the agency.

In 2015, he recruited and trained bilingual surveyors (French and English) for a study on evaluation of African games in 2015. He conducted alone the project, our client coming from Europe, briefed him and Ben took the responsibility of training teams right there at Brazzaville and carry out study without any backup staff from Kinshasa. A genuine sense of responsibility

In April 2014, he supervised FinScope Study researches related to financial inclusion. His results will be so positive that two months later, the agency will entrust him with Field Manager tasks that he is going to carefully perform in an appreciated way during 2015.

Jossard KATUNDA. Supervisor at Target, Jossard is fussy about his job. His usual tasks are around supervision of surveyors, note taking during qualitative studies and he also works as computing scientist assistant.
