Target Sarl publishes the results of several studies carried out at Lubumbashi
[[{"type":"media","view_mode":"media_large","fid":"438","attributes":{"alt":"","class":"media-image","style":"width: 315px; height: 298px; margin-left: 9px; margin-right: 9px; float: left;","typeof":"foaf:Image"}}]]After production of a great number of statistics on products’ consumption at Kinshasa, Target SARL diversifies and innovates by publishing series of researches towards consumers of Lubumbashi town, capital of Katanga province in DR Congo. These studies will focus on the following topics:
- “Favorite People” that presents a ranking of local as well as foreign celebrities appreciated by Lubumbashi consumers;
- “Statistics on media” that is establishing an inventory of media (TV, Radio, print media and internet) and programmes most followed by Lubumbashi people, as well as favourite time for following the related media;
- “Key figures on mobile telephony” that proposes an overview of mobile telephony penetration rate at Lubumbashi, operators market share as well as smartphones and mobile money place amongst Lubumbashi people;
- “Use of banks” that gives figures on banking services penetration at Lubumbashi (percentage of persons that use banks) as well as the most used banks.
Data collection of these researches took place from 19 to 22 November 2014 at Lubumbashi towards a representative sample of 1000 persons in line with method of quota per age, sex and residence municipality.
Publications “Favorite People” and “Statistics on media” will come out by December 15th, 2014 while “Key figures on mobile telephony” and “Use of banks” are respectively projected to come out in January and February 2015
