The tendency to the well-being increases in spite of the perception of a slumbering economic, according to WIN/Gallup International

A worldwide survey ruled by WIN/Gallup International among sixty-six countries around the world of which results has been published at the least of December shows that 68% of the world population are satisfied of their lives, a rise compared to the 66 % of the last year.
This fortieth annual End of the Year survey explored the perspectives, expectations, opinions and believes of 66 541 respondents all around the world. 22% of questioned people affirmed they are not happy neither unhappy, while 9% are unhappy of their courant lives.
The net welfare (happy less unhappy) is +59% in the world; a rise of +56% compared to the last year.
The Fiji (+89%) and China (+80%) are the countries where population estimate they are the happiest in the entire world. There are the Philippines, Vietnam, Panama, Indonesia and Paraguay after them. At the other side, Iraq is the less happy country for the thirteenth consecutive year.
Beside that, the study shows that 42% of the questioned people are optimist about the economic perspectives of 2017; 22% are pessimists and 31% think there is going to be any change and the economic will remain the way it actually is.
The most optimist countries for an economic prosperity are:
Ghana (+68 % net optimist)
Bangladesh (+67% net optimist)
On the contrary, the South Korea, Hong Kong and the Greece are the most pessimist countries with respectively (-62%, -56 % and -53 %).
While globally a few more than two on five (42%) estimate the next year will be a one of economic prosperity, there are important differences although the world. European is considerably the fewer optimists than everywhere in the world. Then, the European score “European Union” is -26 % and the European out of the EU is -20%. The challenges faced by the future of the EU project on 2016 should have created economic doubts among the greatest economic block in the world, comments WIN/Gallup International. In Europe, the economic pessimism is mainly felt in Italia (net score of -48%), United Kingdom (net score of -38%) and in France (net sore of -35%).

The survey ruled by Target in DRC took place in one principal city and one rural city of each 26 provinces. 1000 Congolese people of which 500 men and 500 women participated in the study. They have been selected by the quotas method by age, sex, occupation and Residence Township. According to the last survey, there is a net regress of optimism in the Congolese. By the way, 35% of respondents think 2017 will be better than 2016 while 22% think it is going to be worst. But they were 44% to be optimist for 2016 with only 15 % of pessimists. It is to remark the same tendency on the economic situation with only 32% of Congolese thinking 2017 will be a year of economic prosperity against 41% for 2016; 27 % estimate this year is going to be economically hard against only 16 % in 2016. In spite of this optimism regress, 57% of DRC population say they are happy, an accrual number (+8 %) compared to the last Win Gallup End of the Year survey.
