"I am bringing a more professional and relevant performance in some researches” Arlette LEUMBOU

Faithfull to her course of action and her policy of strengthening relationship with her customers, partners and any public opinion, Target – SARL is bringing its work to a wider audience as well as to its collaborators. Who does what within Target? We are hereby presenting the Interview done by Arlette LEUMBOU, Senior Market Analyst within Target – SARL since March 2017 after working for the Agency as consultant. She is describing her work within Target.

What is the assignment allotted to you?

I am bringing a more professional and relevant performance in some researches. Since I start working within Target, I have got a meticulous and strategic look on the achievement of some sensitive researches. I have been involved in drafting of proposals up to presentation of final report. I also intervene in recommendations of some researches. Besides, I take care of drafting the contents of some Target presentations and several other related tasks untrusted to me by the line management.

What are your daily tasks?    

Generally speaking, I work on projects. It is especially about designing, launching, monitoring, drafting of report and recommendations. Sometimes I design the aspect related to contents of documents as regards Target branding such as Pitch, presentations, advertisements, etc… I do participate also in the seeking of external partners within other African countries.

How do you appreciate that job you are performing?

It is a very challenging job since customers are rigorous and demanding further we have to meet their expectations. We are to provide our customers with service that goes beyond their expectations and take actions that will allow the agency making a difference within our sector.  

Since you start working with Target, what are your best performances?

I participated into projects such as NPS, Finmark as well as several others. I accompanied Target General Manager to Kenya during AMRA Africa Forum 2018. I was amongst the Forum speakers and made a speech on cultural diversity and challenge on qualitative researches generally in Africa and especially in DR Congo.

Arlette started her career away from Congolese lands, especially in Cameroun, in 2009. That year, Arlette LEUMBOU marked her beginnings with market researches’ field at RMS Cameroun currently named KANTAR TNS. She was a Trainee Research Executive for qualitative researches. Under the coaching of her leaders, she will be moderating focus groups, drafting offers as well as reports of researches. Two years later, she will be promoted as Research Executive. This was the starting of her international career.
