The discovery of department “Projects”

Managed by the highly experienced Hortense MBUMBA, the department “Projects” of Target lies at the very heart of operation of the Congolese Market Research Agency. In practical terms, this department of Target SARL is in charge of drafting business proposals, planning and organization of researches as well as writing of reports to be submitted to customers.
In order to successfully complete projects, Hortense (Project Manager) works with a permanent team of three Research Specialists and about ten consultants that are intervening from time to time.
How this department is organized?
The “Projects” department includes 4 sub-departments:
- Quantitative: Tatiana Djoli is heading this sub-department that in charge of quantitative researches. When there is a project regarding quantitative research, this sub-department will draft all instructions for all people that are going to intervene in the said research, select and train the teams‘ surveyors, supervisors, field managers as well as quality monitors…) makes the dispatching on the field, monitoring, final reporting of data collection as well as coding in the event opened questions in the questionnaire.
- Business Development: Managed by Fédorah Bikay who is in charge of developing business proposals, making monitoring of publications as well as seeking business opportunities. She is regularly in contact with customers since she is taking care of customers’ portfolio management as well as Target suppliers.
- NewTech: placed under Michael Dikasa management. This sub-department is focused on Information and Communication Technologies and their implementation in the field of market researches. In 2015, Michael Dikasa is managing an ambitious project, which is to build up an online panel for researches. Recruitments are very advanced and Target wish to very soon launch the first online research conducted by Congolese people on a homemade platform.
