IT team trained for better performances
From January 25th to February 2nd, Target IT consultant team gathered in training sessions for capacity building on infographics, big data, Cs Pro data entry. These trainings will allow teams improve their performances and contribute to agency 2018 achievements.
All gathered around Blaise Pezo, Target IT Manager, a dozen of IT consultants benefited from 3 trainings which will have a direct impact on their daily work within the agency. Starting from infographics, this practical training overall allowed participants go through good practices, designing and working numeric pictures. It will then allow computer scientists improved design of visual works done by Target. A part from consistency and rigour on the content provided by the department, IT department wishes to through this training to improve the front parts of their work, making these more attractive.
At the end Power Point presentations, cover page of report will be more stylish.
A part from infographics, IT team members also had a training on Big data, a new fast growing field on which they looked through and explored ways to developing this for Target.
The third training module was on Cs Pro data entry, a data collection software working on smartphones, tablets and computers. Consultants learnt scripting and data analysis. At the end they designed a script for 2018 opinion pool survey.
Participant after these trainings think what they learnt will have a positive impact on their daily works at Target, but they will be also an added value on their careers.
As per Target, these trainings are investments on human resource, a main success pillar.
