‘’Be mature, conscious and ambitious’’ General Manager wishes to Target ‘consultants team

On the 19th January 2018, Target organized new-year wishes ceremony between the General Manager and all consultants. During the ceremony, best performer certificates were given to those who had the best performances during 2017.

Interviewers, supervisors, and Target ‘employees were present, happy to meet again after a hard and taught year.  Saleh Sikofu, the ceremony ‘speaker opened the event, greated guest and read the ceremony agenda.

After reading the ceremony agenda, it was for the first speaker of the day, Mr Blaise Pezo, In Charge of IT department. Blaise presented his 2017 department achievements. The possibility to sell Target’ publications on line, usage of CS Pro, new It equipment’s purchased were among some of his department 2017 achievements. The new IT team was presented and the best performer within this team, Mr Rodriguez Adjabu, received from the General Manager his certificate and his envelop. Mrs Hortense Mbumba, in charge of project management also presented her department achievements during 2017. The year was taught but at the end it was necessary to go through all these compared to 2016; all indicators grew according to her. Whether it be on number of projects, number of supervisors and interviewers and even number of countries where Target worked. Finally, Mr Serge Mumbu, Target ‘General Manger turn who spoke to present his best wishes to teams.

During his speech, Mr Mumbu said he would like to penetrate international organizations field ‘’for this wish to be achieved, each and every consultant contribution is compulsory’’ he mentioned. He advised consultants to improve their performances, mainly in English, in order to better contribute in company progress but also for their own professional fulfilment. ‘’be ambitious, conscious, mature in order grow and help the agency grow as well’’. The General Manager requested teams to banish any type of negative attitudes and values within the agency. ‘’You are all invited to denounce any negative attitudes and values in order to help agency grow towards excellency’’

At their turn, consultants thanked Target for the renewed trust and they promised to work consciously with maturity so that 2018 ends with good scores. A question answer session and a refreshment sharing were done to close the ceremony.
