Ambitious objectives of Target for period 2012-2014
By 2014, TARGET would like to become the Leader Agency in both Congo (DR Congo and Congo Brazzaville) and secure a place amongst the 5 Agencies of Reference in Central Africa while dealing with projects for both English and French speaking audience markets. This will require considerable efforts in terms of labor organization, visibility, payment of staff and investments. 2012 is to already position TARGET amongst the best Agencies in both Congo (DR Congo and Congo Brazzaville) thanks to the combining of actions in the following fields:
- Working Conditions;
- Administration and Functioning;
- Commercial and Marketing;
- Computing;
- Projects’ Management;
TARGET staff has been deeply consulted as regards definition of objectives for 2012 and each employee officially received on 23 January 2012 individual targets (objectives) for 2012 within the framework of realization of Agency Objectives. Conquering the Congolese market leadership is a big challenge but can be reached, with a competent and motivated staff, the strictness and discipline while both working and satisfying customers (high-standard work, meeting the deadlines…)
