2017 Best Performers

2017 ended very well at Target. This success is because of all efforts done by both permanent staffs as well as consultants. Some really go beyond their limits, wining challenges. Target decided to acknowledge their efforts as ‘’2017 best year performers’’

Divine Kawaya, in Charge of Business development got 2017 best performer within the agency permanent staff category.  Dynamic, professional and sociable, her intelligence and her high networking capacities allowed her to quickly get acquainted within market research field. It is after successful internship that she joined the agency and today, she is capable to fully direct and guide her position by meeting objectives she was assigned to, such as diversifying client’s portfolio.  A part from her regular responsibilities, she was given other tasks such as (field work, conduct interviews, recruit respondents or companies for projects) which she performed efficiently. Congratulation Divine and many success for 2018.

Among consultants category

Cornelly Luzolo was able to distinguished herself as ‘’Best field supervisor of the year’’ whereas she joined the team just this year.  She was quickly noticeable as she was evaluated excellent on many projects she conducted due to her capacity of being responsible, and respect of instructions. Cornelly has many qualities such as dynamism, intelligence, maturity and respect with other team members. As supervisor, she was able to be rigorous or flexible with interviewers depending on the situation. Congratulation Cornelly and many success for 2018.

Laurette Takita is the best interviewer of the year. When she is evaluated, she always gets the score ‘’excellent’’ on project she collects data on, whether being qualitative or quantitative. She started collaborating with Target this year. She has good acquaintance abilities, is intelligent, punctual, has good understanding capacities, respects instructions, is mature, etc. so many qualities mentioned by her field managers in Kinshasa where she worked.

Rodriguez Ajabu ends with’Best It consultant award of the year’’; very conscious and always available for work, Rodriguez always cares about making a job well done. Highly respect instructions, gives a very good impression, just like for benchmark project, he was to write the script, supervise field work and do data analysis. It is after these performances that Target decided to call him for other projects.

Within other DRC regions, Junior Akilimani ended the year as’Best consultants among regions’’. He is Target consultant at Bukavu, capital city of south Kivu region at the eastern part of DRC, Junior is perfectionist and does not rest only if his work is well done. With high sense of responsibility, and a high understanding capacity, Junior quickly reacts to mails and brings relevant information. He always requests his line manager point of view when necessary and compared to other regional field supervisors, Junior is the one who is most involved on studies. Objectivity is one of his main principle on selecting teams as well as on data collection. When he is involved on study, Junior shows his sense of rigour and professionalism.

Out of DRC

At Kigali, Yves Banza got ‘’the best external consultant award at Target’’. This year, many studies have been conducted out of DRC. He bravely represented Target at Sierra Leone, Uganda, Ghana…he is good in quantitative studies as in qualitative ones. He quickly got acquainted on focus group moderation, on team management, but also, he is available to go wherever work requests his presence.  Yves is polyglot as he speaks Kinyarwanda, Swahili, Lingala, French and English; intelligent, professional, dynamic, and serious, Yves is in the one who highly deserves this acknowledgement for his work done in 2017.
